Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join and no form to fill in, and you can read every page without telling us anything about yourself.
What is collected
Anonymised analytics: which pages are read, roughly which country a visit came from, and which links get clicked. It is used to work out which pages are useful and which need rewriting. No profiles are built and nothing is sold to anyone.
Booking, and the widgets
Bookings do not happen here. The availability widgets and tour links go to GetYourGuide, which handles the transaction and your payment details under its own privacy policy. Those widgets and links may set a cookie so that a booking can be attributed to this site, which is how the commission described in the affiliate disclosure is tracked. Booking an undercroft ticket yourself takes you to Recreation.gov, a United States government service with its own terms.
If you write to the address on the contact page, that message and your address are kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of any correction it produced. They are not added to a mailing list.
Your choices
Blocking cookies in your browser will not break this site; the pages are static and the only interactive parts are the GetYourGuide widgets. If you want anything you have sent us deleted, ask and it will be. Questions about any of this go to the same address.
